The project brief is to create a comfortable dwelling for a family, located in Subang Jaya. The client desire a modern house design with bold facade, yet stands out among the neighborhood. Green spaces are first located in a way to provide more efficient planning for other spaces while still allowing pleasant views and natural ventilation to occur. Bedrooms are mostly located on the upper floor to maintain privacy, while spaces for family activities and guest room are located on the ground floor. As for the facade, tall louvers are introduced at the front elevation to create attractive and bold facade, as well as sun shading purpose.
