The project was to plan an affordable and comfortable residential to local buyers. The site has its natural contour behind it. By remaining existing natural landscape, creates a subtle transition between the residential and the natural surrounding. The design has also took advantage of the natural surrounding by designing the residential facilities, attached with the natural landscape. As the residents are able to enjoy the natural greenery around the building.
