The project brief is to provide a cozy dwelling space for a married couple with 3 children and seniors. Green spaces are first located in a way to provide more efficient planning for other places while still allowing view and natural ventilation to occur. The bedrooms are all located at the first floor to maintain the privacy and spaces for family activities are mostly located on ground floor. The client desired a modern minimalist  design, as  for the openings, ribbon windows were proposed to keep the minimalist vibe.
